SL-A Series

The SL-B Series system is an economical and simple way to order a complete L Bar Sealing System. This package combines an L Bar Sealer and matching shrink tunnel. The SLR is used for stable products such as boxes, brochures, or flat product with a 4" or greater length or diameter. The SLB is used for unstable products such as bottles or product that are 4" or less in length or diameter.

Compact L'Sealer And Shrink Chamber

This unique L'Sealer and Shrink chamber is only 56" in Total Length and Features a 16" W x 22" L Seal Area. With the New Dual Magnetic Hold Down the operator simply lowers the hooded chamber and the magnets apply the seal pressure to produce great seals and eliminate operator fatigue. The magnets hold the chamber closed during the shrink cycle and releases when shrink cycle is complete. Adjustable grate lowers 3.5" fo accept taller products.

PM Series

An economical series available with welded schedule 16 sheet steel construction, or heavy-gauge welded steel body and legs. Standard features on this model include; magnetic seal bar hold down, variable speed teflon mesh belt conveyor, thermostatically controlled heat and top and side heat vents. Available add-on features include; electromagnetic seal jaw hold down, variable speed conveyor for tunnel, digital thermostatically controlled heat with top and side heat vents. Available add-on features include; variable speed take away conveyor, seal bar film clamps, and casters.

5119 L'Sealer

This compact Model 5119 L'Sealer with magnetic hold down and power discharge conveyor with attached Tunnel is only 76 inches in total length. Featuring new seal knife technology that will seal PVC or Polyolefin Shrink Films. Tunnel features live Roller Rod Conveyor with fully Re-Circulating Air Chamber, AC Variable Speed Conveyor, 0 to 60 FPM, and Automatic Cool Down with Shut off. A great machine for low to medium production speeds of 8 10 12 packages per minute.

Servo Driven Sealer with "Generation 3" Design- Model 1809LS

This machine satisfies the most demanding industrial packaging applications.
